Spanish Wines

Spain has the major vineyards in the planet. Rioja, in the north, is the biggest. They also have Ribera del Duero, Cataluña, Penedes, Costal del Sagre, Toro and Navarro. Its main vine is Tempranillo, but they also have Merlot, Cabernet, Sauvignon, Grenache, Syrah, etc. We must mention here the sparkling Spanish wine, Cava, produced with Macabeu, Xarel-lo and Parellada.
