An exotic meat

Boar meat is not usually found in barbecues. It's a fat-laden meat with less fiber. Vento Haragano presents Boar meat with jaboticaba jelly, which makes this dish very exotic and tasty.

Wine Suggestion

Boars are farm-raised, which makes their meat lighter, but it still is a fatty meat. A remarkable wine, like the Australian Shiraz would be an ideal wine.
